  • Increased confidence and ability to be able to use P4C as an approach to tackle controversial global issues with pupils.

Through enquiry and discussion, teachers will deepen their understanding of global issues and be enabled to support their pupils in developing their enquiry and discussion skills as well as being able to identify where global learning links to their curriculum.

The Global Learning Programme is a ground-breaking new government initiative to create a national network of schools, committed to helping students make positive contributions to a globalised world by helping teachers deliver effective teaching and learning about development and global issues at Key Stages 2 and 3.
