In 2025 – 2026, with the assistance of 68 volunteers……
4671 young people learnt about refugees, migration and climate change and 64 children took action to improve their local environments
12 adults researched local history in Carnforth and organised local community activities where 215 people learnt about the history of Carnforth Library and its connections around the world
411 asylum seekers and refugees were assisted by Global Link over 2660 times and 96% of 100 asylum seekers and refugees surveyed said that Global Link has helped them to feel less isolated and more settled in the Lancaster District
